As a second-generation State Farm Agent, I’m proud to serve Franklin, NC and the surrounding mountain communities I’ve always called home.

My name is Amy Manshack, and supporting individuals, families, and business owners—whether you’re rooted here or relocating to Western North Carolina—is at the heart of what my team and I do every day. Family and community are central to who I am. I’m married to a wonderful husband, and together we’re raising three children—twin girls and a boy. As a native of Western North Carolina and a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, I’m passionate about education and opportunity. I actively support scholarship programs at Southwestern Community College and Western Carolina University, and I enjoy giving back to the schools that shape our future, including Franklin High School and nearby elementary and middle schools.

When I’m not at the office, you’ll usually find my family and me outdoors, hiking local favorites like the Pinnacle, Whiteside Mountain, and Siler Bald, and soaking in the beauty of the place we’re lucky to live.

Giving back is a responsibility I take seriously. I’m honored to serve on the boards of REACH of Macon County and the New Vision Gymnastics Booster Club, and I’m an active member of the Rotary Club of Franklin. Our team also volunteers monthly with CARENET, packing weekend food bags for children in need. These commitments aren’t just roles—they’re personal, and they reflect how deeply connected we are to our community.
